This letter is in regards to the excellent work
and the quality product we received from Roy Johnston and Websuccess. As
Director of an innovative, statewide program, I searched for someone to work
with me on a new website. I was looking for someone who could take my ideas and
produce results in a time sensitive manner. Furthermore, I had little time and
no skills to do this work by myself. A colleague at work recommended Roy

Our program has designed the first ever voluntary, web-based database for
community organizations in Virginia that promote a positive risk avoidance
message to youth. This would never have been completed with success if Roy were

to my ideas, and built a website around those requirements. I found he was able

We decided to contact web site development vendors for bids to set up and design
a web site for Parts Port, Ltd. Our wish list included a product listing with
links to pictures, a secure shopping cart for placing orders online, and a
brochure request page. We received bids from Technology Solutions Group and ALC
Communications, both of Richmond, VA. These bids were quoted as "price-ranges"
based on their hourly rates and time-frame windows ranging from 3-8 weeks to
completion. It was made clear that any changes/refinements along the way would
be at additional charges. Then I found Roy Johnston. We discussed our ideas and
were delighted when Roy made additional suggestions based on his experience with
design and web site development. Once we came up with a plan, he gave us a
cost-effective and very competitive quote, which included reasonable changes and
refinements we might make along the way. We did make additions to our original
plan for which we gladly paid extra. The site was completed in far less time
than we anticipated based on our first two quotes from larger companies in
Richmond. One of the best results of our choosing Roy to do our site is his
great response time to our requests for additions and changes. They are
implemented almost immediately. It is clear from the effort he puts into his
work that he not only enjoys what he does, but he takes great pride in

I came to Highland Springs Golf Course in July 2000 to take over the
General Managers position. Upon arriving, I realized that the facility had

myself Internet savvy with the abilities to build and create my own website. I
have been building websites for three years. I considered saving the golf course
some money by hosting and building the website myself. Of course, that was
before I had spoken and worked with Roy Johnston. I find Roy extremely
professional and knowledgeable. His prices are very competitive and reasonable.
I have never had a problem getting in touch with Roy to make appropriate changes
to our website. After some careful consideration, I made a conscious decision to
allow Roy to continue hosting and mastering our website. I was not hired to
build and host websites. However, I would not hesitate a minute to take over
control of our website, if I was not happy with Roy's work. With that being
said, I have no intentions whatsoever to take control away from Roy. I am
